U.S. government Programs:
Chinese Language Scholarship Program

-National Security Language Initiative for Youth Program (NSLI-Y) 
Sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, this intensive language immersion program provides merit-based scholarships for high school students to study abroad for a summer or an academic year and learn Arabic, Chinese, Persian, Hindi, Korean, Russian, and Turkish.

- Startalk Summer Language Program:
Startalk offers students (k-16) and teachers of these languages creative and engaging summer experiences that strive to exemplify best practices in language education and in language teacher development.


- American Youth Leadership Program:
The American Youth Leadership Program is for participants from the United States to travel abroad to gain firsthand knowledge of foreign cultures and to collaborate on solving global issues.
